Job Description

Key job responsibilities:

• Support finance team in day-to-day operations including bank reconciliations, billing, account receivables, account payables etc.
• Manage monthly accounts and closing process, including general ledger reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.
• Prepare and circulate monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in year end close and assist in preparing year-end books for audit.
• Support in external audits and liaison with auditors for audit requirements.
• Support in maintaining and strengthening internal controls over financial reporting.
• Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities.
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support in managing investment portfolio with the aim of maximizing investment returns.
• Support in ensuring documentation for all accounting / finance / compliance related activities in the form of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) including continuous updates in SOPs.
• Active communication with vendors, clients, and other business partners including liaison with banks for business needs.
• Support in direct and indirect tax compliances.

Education –

• Bachelor’s in commerce or business administration.
• CA Intermediate (preferred) / MBA.

3+ Years
