Job Description

The Manager, Partnership position is vital to the successful delivery of the online data collection projects at WiseWorks.  This individual will be responsible for managing and evaluating the strategic partnerships that exist at WiseWorks.  This individual will also continually monitor and analyze the performances from the strategic partners. Within this role, the Manager will also be involved in reviewing and considering new strategic partner opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Replying to Client emails within 30 minutes ensuring proper email etiquette 
• Setting up the project in our system according to the specifications shared by the client 
• Achieve the numbers committed to the client within the scheduled timelines 
• Tracking the live projects and taking necessary steps to maintain the health of the project 
• Regular follow ups with clients for updates, closure or billing 
• Ensure proper and complete billing of projects 
• Exhibit consistent performance with quality in place   
• Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, some with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Working knowledge of Gmail, MS Outlook, Excel, Word; strong internet knowledge.

• Understand the sampling process within the market research industry.

Experience Required:

3-5 Years in Market Research Industry
